Hi, I'm Arline and I am a Certified FMS Functional Training Coach, nutritionist and professional “hype girl”  where it has been my life's work to make fit, healthy lifestyles tangible to all people. 

Over 7 amazing years, I have empowered individuals to improve and balance their health, fitness and overall happiness for a more fulfilling life.

To me, you can have your cake and eat it too... but exercise. It’s about balance! 


For me, fitness is first and foremost about feeling good and being able to live the life you want to live. So whether that is bouncing back from being a new mom and needing to revive some self confidence, creating a healthy outlet for a stressful job or wanting to push yourself to new limits, I am here as a lifestyle-change partner to make lasting differences in not only how you look but more importantly how you FEEL.


My mantra in life is: "WE DO BETTER WHEN WE FEEL BETTER” and as we make efforts to improve ourselves, we are a better person in every aspect of our lives. There is no force more POWERFUL than people determined to rise together, so I am here to help train your body, mind and soul for lasting, personalized results.

This healthy balance of body appreciation and self-care is what excites me about what I do as a personal trainer. Living a healthy lifestyle is so much more than working out, it’s about feeling good on the inside and out. 


So, let’s work together to celebrate YOU! I truly believe the best way to help empower my clients is to show them just how strong they REALLY are. When you focus on what your body can do, rather than how your body looks, you’ll start to appreciate it so much more, and want to give it more of what it needs to be its healthiest.

Working out can be intimidating and with fitness trends and fad diets coming in and out of popularity, one might have a hard time understanding what efforts they need to make to create lasting and genuine results. 

In fact, I will be the first one to tell you that it’s normal to have goals and to be unsure how to achieve them. It’s normal to lack motivation to make hard changes in life at times. In reality, I have been there frustrated with my own health, body and overall happiness.
